Grilled meat and vegetables

Cuts of meat and local cockerel, steaks and mixed meat skewers, salami and cheese plates of Cinta Senese and Pecorino di Pienza. Tartare with pistachios, carpaccio of Chianina are some of the dishes   of the restaurant. There are also new offers of hamburgers with 250 gr of Chianina meat and Salsa Val d’ Orcia. Hot dogs “grigio” (a local pig) and vegetarian hamburgers (the last ones have only the name in common with the fast foods).
